Allergen Saf-T-Zone System

The Saf-T-Zone System includes basic prep and cooking tools, including a purple 12 x 18” (305 x 457mm) Saf-T-Grip cutting board, tongs, turner and a 10” (254mm) chef’s knife, all protected and stored inside a durable purple case.  The tongs, turner and chef’s knife all come with purple handles and are made of heavy-duty stainless steel, perfect for any busy commercial kitchen.
