The design of the inner chamber favours air recirculation, guaranteeing homogeneous distribution of heat and better performance of the combustible material. Closed grills make it possible to cook food in an enclosed space. By regulating the flow of air entering the oven you can control the cooking temperature.  The working range of temperatures is between 250°C to 350°C, perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.
