NAFEM 2025 Highlights

Back with a bang, highlights from the NAFEM exhibition 2025 in Atlanta.

The NAFEM exhibition (February 26-28, 2025) brought together the world of foodservice equipment and supplies, highlighting endless product innovations – many of which were from the brand’s FEM represent.

Foodservice professionals from all over the world gathered in the Georgia World Congress Center Atlanta for the three-day mega show, including our trio of directors, Harry Hogan, Mark Hogan and Mike Inwood.

As always, it was a fabulous show, and it was great to catch up with so many of our partners, customers, and friends at the show.  

We are also delighted to share that on Day One of NAFEM 2025, our wonderful partners at Hamilton Beach Commercial surprised us with not one, not two - but three very special awards for our efforts in 2024.

The FEM team were awarded the '2024 EMEAI Greatest YOY% Sales Increase', and the '2024 EMEAI Key Account Development', and also received the '2024 EMEAI Digital Marketing Award'.  Here are our lovely trio of directors proudly showing off our awards at the show…

Many of our manufacturing partners were at the NAFEM show, highlighting existing and new product innovations and technologies to visitors throughout the show, let’s take a closer look at our manufacturer highlights...

Alto-Shaam

Celebrating 70 years of cutting-edge kitchen equipment solutions.  The Alto-Shaam booth was a huge hit with the team launching their 70th anniversary at the show.  The team showcased their latest Cook & Hold ovens with advanced controls, Alto-Shaam's pioneering multi-cook ovens, which cook multiple foods simultaneously at their ideal settings with no flavour transfer and the new Prodigi™ combi ovens, designed for efficiency, reliability and quality. 

There was also a section dedicated to ChefLinc™, Alto-Shaam’s cloud-based remote oven management system with visitors able to view the real-time status of the ovens throughout the booth and experience the simplicity of pushing and pulling information and recipes to and from the ovens.

Alto-Shaam’s global team of chefs, and the infamous Charlie the Butcher, provided live cooking demonstrations of equipment solutions with a focus on enhancing foodservice operations and offerings, and tips for maximising food quality and reducing costs.

Furthermore, Alto-Shaam officially launched their global partnership with the Burnt Chef project, with insightful talks and discussions around tackling the stigma of mental health in the hospitality industry and the sharing of resources with industry peers.

Cambro

The Cambro booth was very impressive, from food storage to transport, Cambro is built to support those who support the foodservice industry, and their stand did not disappoint with all your Cambro favourites on display.

The team were also excited to share fabulous new products, like the Cambro Wall Camshelving Elevation Series, designed to keep your workspace organised and your tools within reach, this kit elevates your kitchen’s functionality by creating a streamlined, accessible storage solution right where you need it most.

Throughout the show, the team were also demonstrating their brand-new Revit Shelving Configurator, a handy tool launched to help customers, dealers and more, effectively choose the right shelving to fit into the designated space – it really could be a game changer when specifying Camshelving to operators!

CFS Brands

The CFS brands team were also at the show showcasing their many fabulous brands including San Jamar and Winco products.  Whether it's portioning perfection or food safety assurance, the CFS brands team showcased the comprehensive range of solutions available and shared how they are elevating foodservice operations.  A special shoutout to the amazing CFS Brands team—rocking their new blue team shoes, they looked incredible!

Doregrill

The Doregrill stand highlighted the stunning range of hand-crafted rotisserie ovens including the latest innovation in rotisserie cooking with the first smart rotisserie on the market. The Ideal Rotisserie is a revolution in rotisserie cooking featuring smart technologies and automation that allows you to cook with unparalleled results.

Everpure by Pentair Water Solutions

The Everpure team were also at the show showing off their incredible range of water treatment systems.  In case you didn’t know, this is an exciting new range we will be supplying in the UK…their wide range of products are perfect for applications such as coffee, steam, ice, fountain, warewashing, drinking water and water softening.

Known for high-quality filters and systems that improve the taste and safety of drinking water by reducing contaminants like chlorine, lead, and other particles.  Throughout the NAFEM show, the team highlighted Everpure’s filtration products and capabilities.

Hamilton Beach Commercial

The HBC booth highlighted the fabulous range of commercial kitchen equipment with high-performance blenders, juicers, vacuum sealers, immersion blenders, and automated drink mixers for both front-of-house and back-of-house applications, all of display for visitors to explore.

The team were also showing specific products with interactive demos, such as seeing the culinary blender, the HBF510S in action and the powerful capabilities of the BigRig line of immersion blenders.

NAFEM 2025 may have been the best one yet for Hamilton Beach Commercial! Three days of great conversations, new product introductions and a fantastic platform to connect with the industry. Certainly, one of the highlights was acknowledging the fantastic year that our partner, FEM, helped us achieve in the United Kingdom in 2024. We were delighted to award FEM with our 2024 EMEAI performance awards for Greatest YOY Percentage Sales Increase, Key Account Development and Digital Marketing Efforts. We are excited to see if FEM can repeat it's performance in 2025!

Manitowoc Ice

Dawning the infamous snowflake, the Manitowoc team were in full force demonstrating our best-in-class ice making solutions.  Manitowoc Ice has built its reputation on developing the most innovative and reliable ice solutions for the foodservice industry.  The full lineup of premier ice equipment was on display and the team unveiled the brand-new line of NEO integral storage ice machines with integrated water filtration.

At the NAFEM Show, the FER publication met with Cassie Johnston, Product Manager at Manitowoc Ice, to take a deeper dive into the relaunch of the NEO® Undercounter Ice Machines.  Watch the interview here….

The biggest upgrade to this model is its integrated onboard water filtration, which enhances the quality of the ice while also helping to keep the machine cleaner for longer.  It also features R290 refrigerant, a more environmentally friendly option with a lower global warming potential.  We can’t wait to see the model in the UK soon, keep your eyes peeled for more information.

Prince Castle

On the Marmon Foodservice Technologies stand, our partners at Prince Castle showcased some brand-new product innovations in their ‘Innovation Corner for The Future of Foodservice’, this included the brand-new Product Holding Bin range and the ToastEZ dual line toaster that allows users to perfectly toast two different carriers at the same time.

They also had an amazing prize up for grabs where visitors could enter to win an incredible $25K of credit to spend on Marmon products – now that would be a complete game-changer for any operation, good luck to all who entered!

Vollrath Foodservice

Representing Vollrath, Pujadas and Stoelting solutions, the Vollrath Foodservice booth was packed with products, some of which are brand new to the market, including the new half-size warmer.  Half the size with all of the convenience, this compact Vollrath countertop warmer packs all of the convenience and versatility into half the size.  Its stainless steel well keeps foods at optimal temperature for freshness and safety, no matter what size pans you use — half-size, fourth-size or sixth-size pans up to 6 inches deep.

Vollrath Chef Richard Rupp, also spoke with the FEJ on their newest product drop, the Hot, Cold, and Frozen Modular Drop-In.  Designed for maximum flexibility, each well operates independently, allowing seamless transitions for different service needs throughout the day.  With the added frozen option and an intuitive, user-friendly controller, this system makes food holding and serving simpler than ever.  Watch our full interview here...

Renau

The Renau SKT range was on full display at NAFEM…The Smart Kitchen Timer system provides equipment manufacturers and commercial kitchen operators with unique and complete solutions that help ensure food safety, minimise food waste, simplify training, and optimise both operator profitability and customer experience.

The Renau team showcased their unique solutions with interactive demos, allowing users to check out the full system, including their innovative cloud system, which allows you to create customised menus and job aids with ease.

Sirman

The Sirman stand is always a recognisable one with the Sirman with the hooded tent-like display and the team dawning the Sirman red tracksuits – and as always it looked amazing.

The Sirman team showcased their most comprehensive range of food processing machines yet, designed with the perfect combination of technology and dependability, these innovations and solutions to meet and exceed the demands of restaurants, bars, pizzerias, butcheries, supermarkets, and more globally.
